How to add an API?

Platform：

Gate

1. Visit: https://www.gate.com/myaccount/profile/api-key/manage

2. Click "Create API Key"

3. In the permission settings, enable "Perpetual Futures - Read and Write"

4. Copy the generated API key and secret, and add them to BUYX

Binance

1. Visit: https://www.binance.com/en/my/settings/api-management

2. Select "Create API - System generated"

3. Select "Enable Futures"

4. Go to "Contract Trading Settings" and set "Position Mode" to "One-way Mode"

5. Copy the generated API key and secret, and add them to BUYX

General Settings

• IP Whitelist: To ensure API security, please ensure that the IP address 8.209.218.178 is whitelisted.

• Currency: We recommend selecting "Copy All Currencies," but you can also customize your settings, supporting up to 50 currencies.

• Direction: You can select "All" or "Long/Short Only."

• Take Profit: Automatically close your position when the specified profit margin reaches a certain percentage. Recommended settings are between 100% and 300%.

• Stop Loss: Automatically close your position when the specified loss margin reaches a certain percentage. Recommended settings are between 25% and 60%.

• Trade Amount Per Order: The minimum limit varies across platforms, but it's recommended to be no less than 20 U. Otherwise, you may be unable to enter the market.

• Leverage: Set the contract leverage, recommended between 2x and 10x.

• Margin Limit: You can set a maximum account balance; once reached, no new orders will be placed.

• Test API: If using the exchange's test API, please enable this option; if using the live API, please keep it disabled.
